The proposed Chicken Abattoir will handle 2 million chickens a week. The site is currently known as Active Packaging or the old Box Factory.

Environmental Impact of current projects around the Magalies area

Currently there are several projects ongoing in the Magalies region, these include mining, a housing development in Magaliesburg and an abattoir in Hekpoort.

The policy of Magalies Business Forum is one of information disemination only and as a group have no opinion.
